Seed
Infused
Tea
This light and soothing tea has been a regular staple in my household. It’s an infusion of powerful seeds that carry anti-inflammatory as well as digestive benefits that may help with reducing bloat and gas. While growing up, my mom and I have experimented with a ton of seed & spice infused teas. Cardamom, fennel seeds, cinnamon bark, nigella seeds are a few of many ingredients we have in our pantry to use for teas and even several South Asian dishes. I have consuming this tea after my evening meal and it has been the perfect end to my day!
