Trifle
Yogurt-based trifles are my favorite to make since they are so easy to assemble and can be super nourishing. You can create endless trifle variations using different seasonal ingredients and flavors. For fall, I created this Apple Yogurt Trifle with protein-rich Greek yogurt, hand-picked red apples, and roasted apple-cranberry granola. Instead of just using plain yogurt, I mixed creamy peanut butter, cinnamon and vanilla for a flavor boost. It is a perfect breakfast or snack option filled with fiber, healthy fats, and protein. The creamy Greek yogurt, juicy apples along with the crunchy granola all provide the best texture experience as well. Check out the recipe!
